Is there a right or wrong way to walk? You probably don’t think much about what you look like when you walk, but a few simple adjustments can make a world of difference. To master the walk that will have you leading a pack of salivating men behind you, try this:- Shoulders back: Roll your shoulders so they are back and your chest is lifted.
- Arms loose: let your arms swing gently as you walk.
- Chin up: you should be able to balance a book on your head. Keep your chin lifted and your eyes off the ground.
- Step with your heels: Your walk should have the weight in the heels to give your steps a lighter appearance.
- Hips and knees relaxed: your hips should naturally swivel from side to side in an almost natural figure eight motion.
